1 Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Telecommunications (Interception) Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
These Regulations commence on the commencement of item 9 of Schedule 2 to the Crimes Legislation Amendment (Telecommunications Interception and Other Measures) Act 2005.
3 Amendment of Telecommunications (Interception) Regulations 1987
Schedule 1 amends the Telecommunications (Interception) Regulations 1987.
