I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Medical Indemnity (Competitive Advantage Payment) Act 2005.

These Regulations are the Medical Indemnity (Competitive Advantage Payment) Regulations 2005.
These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.
In these Regulations:
Act means the Medical Indemnity (Competitive Advantage Payment) Act 2005.
For subsection 6 (1) of the Act, the percentage of 4.55% is specified for the contribution year that starts on 1 July 2005.
