1 Name of Determination

  This Determination is the Fuel Standard (Biodiesel) Amendment Determination 2004 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  This Determination commences as follows:

 (a) on the date of their notification in the Gazette — sections 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

 (b) on 18 December 2004 — Schedule 2.

3 Amendment of Fuel Standard (Biodiesel) Determination 2003

  Schedules 1 and 2 amend the Fuel Standard (Biodiesel) Determination 2003.
