This Determination is the Child Care Benefit (Eligibility of Child Care Services for Approval and Continued Approval) Amendment Determination 2002 (No. 1).

This Determination commences on gazettal.

3  Amendment of Child Care Benefit (Eligibility of Child Care Services for Approval and Continued Approval) Determination 2000

Schedule 1 amends the Child Care Benefit (Eligibility of Child Care Services for Approval and Continued Approval) Determination 2000.

(section 3)

[1] Subsection 22(4)

 omit the subsection, substitute

(4) The service must comply with the National Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 for handling personal information about clients.
