1 Name of Determination

  This Determination is the Financial Management and Accountability Determination 2006/24 — Federation Fund Account – Department of Education, Science and Training Abolition 2006.

2 Commencement

  This Determination shall come into effect upon registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

3 Abolition

  The Federation Fund Account, administered by the Department of Education, Science and Training, is abolished.
