1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Telecommunications Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

3 Amendment of Telecommunications Regulations 2001

  Schedule 1 amends the Telecommunications Regulations 2001.

Schedule 1 Amendment

(regulation 3)

[1] After paragraph 5.1 (a)

insert

 (aa) the Office of Police Integrity established by section 102A of the Police Regulation Act 1958 (Vic);
