An Ordinance to amend the Environment Protection and Management Ordinance 1987

1. Short Title

1.1 This Ordinance may be cited as the Environment Protection and Management (Amendment) Ordinance 1991.1

2. Amendment

2.1 The Environment Protection and Management Ordinance 1987 is amended as set out in this Ordinance.2

3. Section 19A (Delegation of powers) 3.1 Section 19A:

Omit the section, substitute:

Delegation of powers

“19A. The Minister may, by instrument signed by him or her, delegate any or all of the Minister's powers under section 15 (except the power to approve a form of application for a permit), subsection 17 (1) and section 19, to a person for the time being holding, occupying or performing the duties of the office of the Director of the Antarctic Division of the Department.”.
