Child Support (Registration and Collection) Act 1988

1 Name of Proclamation

  This Proclamation is the Summary Courts Jurisdiction — Child Support (Registration and Collection) Proclamation 2007.

2 Commencement

  This Proclamation commences on 23 April 2007.

3 Jurisdictional restriction

  On and after 23 April 2007, proceedings in relation to matters arising under the Child Support (Registration and Collection) Act 1988 may not be instituted in, or transferred to, the following courts of summary jurisdiction located in the State of New South Wales.
