1 Name of Rules

  These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2007 (No.1).

2 Commencement

  These Rules commence on 1 May 2007.

3 Amendment of Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2007

  Schedule A amends the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2007 made on 30 March 2007 (the Benefit Requirements Rules).
