1 Name of instrument

 This instrument is the Civil Aviation Order 82.1 Amendment Order (No. 1) 2007.

2 Commencement

 This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

 Schedule 1 amends Civil Aviation Order 82.1.

[1] After paragraph 5.7

insert

 5.8An operator must ensure that an aircraft operated in charter operations, or aerial work operations, that carries and uses automatic dependent surveillance – broadcast equipment does so in accordance with subsection 9B of Civil Aviation Order 20.18.
