1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Australian War Memorial Amendment Regulations 2007 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

3 Amendment of Australian War Memorial Regulations 1983

  Schedule 1 amends the Australian War Memorial Regulations 1983.

6A Contracts (Act s 35)

 (1) For paragraph 35 (1) (a) of the Act, $1 000 000 is prescribed.

 (2) For paragraph 35 (1) (b) of the Act, $1 000 000 is prescribed.
