Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2007(No. 3)

1 Name of Rules

  These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2007 (No. 3).

2 Commencement

These Rules commence on 1 August 2007.

3 Amendment of Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2007 (No. 2)

Schedule A amends the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2007 (No. 2) made on 25 June 2007, as amended (the Benefit Requirements Rules).
