1. Name of Orders

These Orders are the Export Control (Mung Beans) Repeal Orders 2007.

2.                       Commencement

These Orders commence on 1 November 2007.

3.                       Repeal

The following orders are repealed:

Export Control (Mung Beans) Orders;

Export Control (Mung Beans) Amendment Orders 2005 (No. 1).
