1 Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Australian Military Amendment Regulations 2007 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
These Regulations commence on the commencement of Schedule 1 to the Defence Legislation Amendment Act 2006.
3 Amendment of Australian Military Regulations 1927
Schedule 1 amends the Australian Military Regulations 1927.

[2] Subregulation 583 (5)
substitute
(5) Subregulation (3) does not apply to the command of a legal officer while the officer is performing duties under subsection 154 (1) of the Defence Force Discipline Act 1982.
[3] Subregulation 585 (2)
substitute
(2) Subregulation (1) does not apply to the performance of duties by a legal officer under subsection 154 (1) of the Defence Force Discipline Act 1982.
