Superannuation (PSS) Approved Authority Exclusion Declaration

I, KIM CHRISTIAN BEAzLEY, make the following Declaration under section 3 of the Superannuation Act 1990.

Citation

 1. This Declaration may be cited as the Superannuation (PSS) Approved Authority Exclusion Declaration.

Commencement

 2. This Declaration commences on 1 July 1995.

Interpretation

 3. In this Declaration, unless the contrary intention appears:

“the Act” means the Superannuation Act 1990.

Excluded authorities

 4. Each of the following authorities and bodies is declared, under paragraph (a) of the definition of “approved authority” in section 3 of the Act, not to be an approved authority for the purposes of the Act:

 5. Statutory Rules 1993 No. 1 and 1994 No. 15 are repealed.
