National Health Security Regulations 20081

I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, GovernorGeneral of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the National Health Security Act 2007.

1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the National Health Security Regulations 2008.

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

3 Definition

  In these Regulations:

Act means the National Health Security Act 2007.

4 Prescribed intelligence agencies

  For paragraph 23 (2) (b) of the Act, each of the following intelligence agencies is prescribed:

 (a) Australian Security Intelligence Organisation;

 (b) Australian Federal Police.
