Australian Passports Amendment Determination 2008 (No. 1)

I, STEPHEN SMITH, Minister for Foreign Affairs, make this Determination under section 57 of the Australian Passports Act 2005 and section 8 of the Australian Passports (Application Fees) Act 2005.

1 Name of Determination

  This Determination is the Australian Passports Amendment Determination 2008 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  This Determination commences on 1 July 2008.

3 Amendment of Australian Passports Determination 2005

  Schedule 1 amends the Australian Passports Determination 2005.
