The NCC applies an Application fee for a recommendation for coverage or revocation of coverage of a natural gas pipeline system (third party access). The reference for this is the National Third Party Access Code for Natural Gas Pipeline Systems. Code items 1.3 and 1.25 provide that the NCC may develop guidelines concerning the form and content of coverage and revocation of coverage, which guidelines may specify the amount of any fee to be paid on the making of an application. The NCC has made such guidelines, which prescribe an application fee.
