AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/AA-5/22.

Background: | This AD, issued in 1979, required inspection and, if necessary, modification of the aileron torque tube in accordance with Grumman American SB No. 163 to ensure the assembly was completed with bonding agent. The AD compliance was within 25 hours time in service after 4 July 1979. As all aircraft would have been inspected by now, the AD is no longer required. |
