“The technical requirements adopted by the United Nations – Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) Regulation No. 13 – UNIFORM PROVISIONS CONCERNING THE APPROVAL OF VEHICLES OF CATEGORIES M, N AND O WITH REGARD TO BRAKING, incorporating the 11 series of amendments, Annex 21, for vehicles equipped with a stability function which includes roll-over control and directional control shall be deemed to be equivalent to the technical requirements of Appendix A, Annex 9 of this standard for Electronic Stability Control for vehicles with a mass in running order > 1,735 kg.”
