      1.                            This instrument is the Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 35/02 – Commercial Vehicle Brake Systems) 2007 Amendment 2.

      1.                            This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

   1.                                  The changes specified in Schedule 1 amend Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 35/02 – Commercial Vehicle Brake Systems) 2007.

[1]               Clause 2.8 renumber as 2.9.

[2]               Insert a new clause 2.8. to read

“Vehicles certified to ADR 35/03 or a later version need not comply with this rule.”

[3]               Clause 4.5.6.2.1 renumber as 4.5.6.3.1.

[4]               Clause 4.5.6.2.2 renumber as 4.5.6.3.2.
