1 Name of Variation

  This Variation is the Telecommunications Numbering Plan Variation 2010 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  This Variation commences on the later of:

(a)   the day this Variation is registered under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003; and

(b)   the commencement of the Telecommunications (Freephone and Local Rate Numbers) Allocation Determination Variation 2010 (No. 1).
