1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Legislative Instruments Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

3 Amendment of Legislative Instruments Regulations 2004

  Schedule 1 amends the Legislative Instruments Regulations 2004.

Schedule 1 Amendment

(regulation 3)

[1] Schedule 1, Part 2, item 11, after paragraph (b)

insert

 (ba) an instrument made under section 15 of that Act;
