I, stephen michael conroy, Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, having consulted with the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA), give the ACMA the following Notice under subsection 36(1) of the Radiocommunications Act 1992.

The Radiocommunications (Spectrum Designation) Notice No. 1 of 1996 is revoked.
4 Expiry
This instrument expires on the day after it commences.
