1 Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 July 2011.

3 Amendment of Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Regulations 1999

Schedule 1 amends the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Regulations 1999.
