1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Electronic Transactions Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on the commencement of Schedule 1 to the Electronic Transactions Amendment Act 2011.

3 Amendment of Electronic Transactions Regulations 2000

  Schedule 1 amends the Electronic Transactions Regulations 2000.

4 Exemptions from the Act

  For subsection 7A (2) of the Act, a provision of the Act specified in column 3 of an item of Schedule 1 does not apply to the Commonwealth law specified in column 2 of the item.
