subsection 48-1(3) of the Aged Care Act 1997.

This Determination is the Aged Care (Community Care Subsidy Amount) Determination 2011 (No. 1).
This Determination commences on 1 July 2011.
The Aged Care (Community Care Subsidy Amount) Determination 2010 (No. 1) made by the Minister on 15 June 2010, also known as F2010L01528, is revoked.
In this Determination:
ARIA score, in relation to a location, means the score given to that location under the document titled ‘Viability Funding — ARIA scores for locations as at 30 July 1999’, published by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing.
5 Community Care Subsidy
The amount of community care subsidy payable in respect of a day for a care recipient receiving community care is the sum of the following amounts:
- The base subsidy $36.73; and
- the amount in column 3 of the following table that corresponds to the ARIA score in column 2 for the geographical location at which the care recipient resides:
