I, JOSEPH WILLIAM LUDWIG, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, make these Orders under regulation 3 of the Export Control (Orders) Regulations 1982.

1 Name of Orders
These Orders are the Export Control (Fish and Fish Products) Amendment Orders 2011 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
These Orders commence on the day after they are registered.
3 Amendment of Export Control (Fish and Fish Products) Orders 2005
Schedule 1 amends the Export Control (Fish and Fish Products) Orders 2005.

[1] Order 8, definition of Australian Fish Name

Australian Fish Name, in relation to a fish species produced in or imported to Australia, means the standard fish name for the species in the Australian Fish Names Standard.
Australian Fish Names Standard means the Australian Standard known as ‘AS SSA 5300-2009’.

unless the off-shore location is classified as an Off-shore harvesting area in accordance with the Australian Shellfish Quality Assurance Program Export Standards.
