I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following legislative instrument under the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, the Copyright Act 1968, the Evidence Act 1995, the Family Law Act 1975 and the International War Crimes Tribunals Act 1995.

1 Name of Instrument

  This Instrument is the Acts Interpretation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Instrument 2011 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  This Instrument commences on 27 December 2011.

3 Amendment of Acts Interpretation (Registered Relationships) Regulations 2008

  Part 1 of Schedule 1 amends the Acts Interpretation (Registered Relationships) Regulations 2008.

4 Amendment of Acts Interpretation (Substituted References — Section 19BA) Order 2004

  Part 2 of Schedule 1 amends the Acts Interpretation (Substituted References — Section 19BA) Order 2004.

5 Amendment of Copyright Regulations 1969

  Part 3 of Schedule 1 amends the Copyright Regulations 1969.

6 Amendment of Evidence Regulations 1995

  Part 4 of Schedule 1 amends the Evidence Regulations 1995.

7 Amendment of Family Law (Superannuation) Regulations 2001
