      1.                            This instrument is the Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 69/00 – Full Frontal Impact Occupant Protection) 2006 Amendment 2.

      1.                            This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

   1.                                  The changes specified in Schedule 1 amend Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 69/00 – Full Frontal Impact Occupant Protection) 2006.

Schedule 1

[1]               Insert a new clause 5.5.5 to read:

“5.5.5. Any category of vehicle which complies with the requirements of ADR 4/... for seatbelt reminder systems of M1 category vehicles is deemed to comply with the clauses 5.5.1 to 5.5.2.”
