Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Act 1999

I, Peter Sidebottom, Parliamentary Secretary for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, make this Declaration under subclause 5(2) of Schedule 21 to the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Act 1999.

1 Name of Declaration

 This Declaration is the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies (Pasture Seeds)  Declaration 2012.

2 Commencement

 This Declaration commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal  Register of Legislative Instruments.

3 Revocation of any other instruments

 Any previous instruments that amended the table in subclause 5(1) of Schedule               21 to the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Act 1999 are revoked.

4  Amendment of table

 Schedule 1 amends the table in subclause 5(1) of Schedule 21 to the Primary  Industries (Excise) Levies Act 1999.
