I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following regulation under the Builders Labourers’ Federation (Cancellation of Registration—Consequential Provisions) Act 1986 and the Construction Industry Reform and Development Act 1992.

1 Name of regulation

  This regulation is the Workplace Relations Legislation Repeal Regulation 2012.

2 Commencement

  This regulation commences on the day after it is registered.

3 Builders Labourers’ Federation (Cancellation of Registration—Consequential Provisions) Regulations—repeal

  The Builders Labourers’ Federation (Cancellation of Registration—Consequential Provisions) Regulations (Statutory Rules 1986 No. 59) are repealed.

4 Construction Industry Development Agency (Transitional) Regulations—repeal

  The Construction Industry Development Agency (Transitional) Regulations (Statutory Rules 1995 No. 163) are repealed.
