Part 147 Manual of Standards Amendment Instrument 2012 (No. 1)
1 Name of instrument
This instrument is the Part 147 Manual of Standards Amendment Instrument 2012 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
This instrument commences on the day after registration.
3 Amendment of Part 147 Manual of Standards
The Part 147 Manual of Standards is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
Schedule 1 Amendment
[1] Subparagraph 147.A.106 (a) 1.

1. the competencies, or equivalent competencies, as follows:
(i) plan and organise assessment;
(ii) assess competence;
(iii) participate in confirming assessment;
that meet the current requirements for training and assessment under the Australian Qualifications Framework determined by the National Skills Standards Council, or its successors, in effect at the time of delivery and assessment;
