1 Name of regulation

  This regulation is the National Health Security Amendment Regulation 2013 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  This regulation commences on the commencement of Schedule 1 to the National Health Security Amendment Act 2012.

3 Amendment of National Health Security Regulations 2008

  Schedule 1 amends the National Health Security Regulations 2008.

3.46 Unauthorised access

  For subparagraph 60AF (1) (b) (ii) of the Act, access is unauthorised if the access does not comply with Part 10 of the SSBA Standards.
