Marine Safety (Domestic Commercial Vessel) National Law Commencement Proclamation 2013

I, Quentin Bryce, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Marine Safety (Domestic Commercial Vessel) National Law Act 2012, fix 1 July 2013 as the day on which sections 3 to 19 of that Act commence.
