Therapeutic Goods (Medical Devices) Regulations 2002
This regulation is the Therapeutic Goods (Medical Devices) Amendment (Auditing Applications) Regulation 2014.
This regulation commences on the day after it is registered.
This regulation is made under the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
Therapeutic Goods (Medical Devices) Regulations 2002
1 Regulation 5.3 (heading)
Repeal the heading, substitute:
5.3 Selecting applications for auditing (Act s 41FH)
2 At the end of regulation 5.3
Add:
(3) For paragraph 41FH(3)(b) of the Act, a period of 60 working days is prescribed in relation to an application mentioned in subregulation 11.1(3) that is made before 1 July 2014.
3 Subregulation 11.1(4)
Omit “Regulation 5.3”, substitute “Subregulation 5.3(1)”.
