Schedule 1—Amendments
Personal Property Securities Regulations 2010
This regulation is the Personal Property Securities Amendment (Motor Vehicles) Regulation 2014.
This regulation commences on 1 July 2014.
This regulation is made under the Personal Property Securities Act 2009.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
Personal Property Securities Regulations 2010
1 Paragraph 1.7(2)(b)
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(b) is capable of a speed of at least 10 km/h; and
(ba) has one or more motors that have a total power greater than 200 W; and
