[2] Insert a new clause 4.1. to read:
“4.1. The technical requirements of United Nations - Economic Commission for Europe Regulation No. 52 - UNIFORM PROVISIONS CONCERNING THE APPROVAL OF M2 AND M3 SMALL CAPACITY VEHICLES WITH REGARD TO THEIR GENERAL CONSTRUCTION incorporating 01 series of amendments shall be deemed to be equivalent to the technical requirements of this standard in the case of a ‘Small Omnibus’ having an occupant capacity of up to 15 persons, including the driver.”
[3] Insert a new clause 4.2 to read:
“4.2. The technical requirements of United Nations - Economic Commission for Europe Regulation No. 107 - UNIFORM PROVISIONS CONCERNING THE APPROVAL OF M2 AND M3 VEHICLES WITH REGARD TO THEIR GENERAL CONSTRUCTION incorporating the 02 series of amendments up to and including the 05 series of amendments shall be deemed to be equivalent to the technical requirements of this standard in the case of a ‘Small Omnibus’ having an occupant capacity of up to 15 persons, including the driver, provided that the requirements of clauses 58.23 and 58.24 of this standard are met.”
