Schedule 1—Amendments
Primary Industries Levies and Charges (National Residue Survey Levies) Regulations 1998
This regulation is the Primary Industries Levies and Charges (National Residue Survey Levies) Amendment (Onions) Regulation 2014.
This regulation commences on 1 July 2014.
This regulation is made under the National Residue Survey (Customs) Levy Act 1998 and the National Residue Survey (Excise) Levy Act 1998.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

1 Regulation 107 (notes 1 to 3)
Repeal the notes.
2 After regulation 107
Insert:
108 Rate of NRS customs levy on onions
For clause 3 of Schedule 4 to the NRS Customs Levy Act, the rate of NRS customs levy on onions is 0 cents per tonne.
109 Rate of NRS excise levy on onions
For clause 4 of Schedule 9 to the NRS Excise Levy Act, the rate of NRS excise levy on onions is 0 cents per tonne.
