Schedule 1—Repeal
Protection of the Sea (Shipping Levy) Regulations 1982
This regulation is the Protection of the Sea (Shipping Levy) Regulation 2014.
This regulation commences on 1 July 2014.
This regulation is made under the Protection of the Sea (Shipping Levy) Act 1981.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
In this regulation:
Act means the Protection of the Sea (Shipping Levy) Act 1981.
For section 6 of the Act, the rate of levy in respect of a ship for a quarter commencing on or after 1 July 2014 is 11.25 cents per ton of the tonnage of the ship.
For section 7 of the Act, the amount for a quarter commencing on or after 1 July 2014 is $10.

Repeal the Regulations.
