Schedule 1—Amendments

Product Stewardship (Oil) Regulations 2000

1  Name of regulation

  This regulation is the Product Stewardship (Oil) Amendment Regulation 2014.

2  Commencement

  This regulation is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2014.

3  Authority

  This regulation is made under the Product Stewardship (Oil) Act 2000.

4  Schedule(s)

  Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

Product Stewardship (Oil) Regulations 2000

Repeal the cell, substitute:

  The amendment of these Regulations made by item 3 of Schedule 1 to the Product Stewardship (Oil) Amendment Regulation 2014 applies in relation to gazetted oil that is consumed on or after 1 July 2014.
