   1.                                     The changes specified in Schedule 1 amend Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 38/03 – Trailer Brake Systems) 2007.
      

Schedule 1

1.                Clause 2 amend “...from the dates set out in clauses 2.1, 2.2 and a table below” to “...from the dates set out in clauses 2.1, 2.2 and 2.5.”
2.                Clause 2.4 renumber as 2.5
3.                Insert a new clause 2.4 to read

“Vehicles certified to ADR 38/04 or a later version need not comply with this rule.”
