      1.                            This instrument is the Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 35/05Commercial Vehicle Brake Systems) 2013 Amendment 1.
    2.                                  Commencement
      1.                            This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

    1.                                  The changes specified in Schedule 1 amend Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 35/05Commercial Vehicle Brake Systems) 2013.

[1]               Clause 4.1.5.2.1 amend

with

[2]               Clause 4.1.5.2.3 insert additional text after “.......when any centre differential is unlocked.to read:

 “ …...when any centre differential is unlocked; or for all wheel drive vehicles fitted with a two speed transfer case, engagement of the higher of the two ranges.
