National Health Security (National Notifiable Disease List) Instrument 2008
This instrument is the National Health Security (National Notifiable Disease List) Amendment (Vectorborne Diseases) Instrument 2014.
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
This instrument is made under subsection 11(3) of the National Health Security Act 2007.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
