Aged Care (Transitional Provisions) Principles 2014
This instrument is the Aged Care (Transitional Provisions) Amendment (March 2015 Indexation) Principles 2015.
This instrument commences on 20 March 2015.
This instrument is made under section 96‑1 of the Aged Care (Transitional Provisions) Act 1997.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
