1 Name of Instrument

(1)     This instrument is the National Health (Payments for prescriber bag supplies) (Repeal) Determination 2015. 

(2)     This instrument may also be cited as PB 25 of 2015. 

2 Commencement

  This instrument commences on 1 April 2015. 

3 Revocation

  The National Health (Payments for prescriber bag supplies) Determination 2012 (PB 92 of 2012) is repealed.
