Sex Discrimination Regulations 1984

1  Name

  This is the Sex Discrimination Amendment (Exemptions) Regulation 2015.

2  Commencement

 (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

  This instrument is made under the Sex Discrimination Act 1984.

1  Subregulation 4(2)

Omit “Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997”, substitute “Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Regulations 1997”.

2  Subregulation 5(2)

Omit “31 July 2015”, substitute “31 July 2016”.
