Criminal Code Regulations 2002
This is the Criminal Code (Terrorist Organisation—Lashkar-e-Tayyiba) Regulation 2015.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

5 Terrorist organisation—Lashkar‑e‑Tayyiba
(1) For paragraph (b) of the definition of terrorist organisation in subsection 102.1(1) of the Criminal Code, the organisation known as Lashkar‑e‑Tayyiba is specified.
(2) Lashkar‑e‑Tayyiba is also known by the following names:
(a) al Mansooreen;
(b) al Mansoorian;
(c) Army of Medina;
(d) Army of the Pure;
(e) Army of the Pure and Righteous;
(f) Army of the Righteous;
