1 Name of Amendment Standard

This Amendment Standard is the Radiocommunications (Short Range Devices) Amendment Standard 2015 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

This Amendment Standard commences on the same day as the Radiocommunications (Low Interference Potential Devices) Class Licence 2015.

Note    All legislative instruments must be registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments required to be maintained under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.

3 Amendment

Section 4 of the Radiocommunications (Short Range Devices) Standard 2014 is amended by omitting the definition of low interference potential device and inserting the following definition:

low interference potential device means a radiocommunications device that complies with the conditions set out in the Radiocommunications (Low Interference Potential Devices) Class Licence 2015.
