1 Name of instrument

  This Instrument is the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code (Listed Chemical Product – Joint Health Products for Dogs and Horses) Standard Amendment Instrument 2016.

2 Commencement

  This Instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3 Authority

This instrument is made under the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994.

4 Amendment of Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code (Listed Chemical Product – Joint Health Products for Dogs and Horses) Standard 2014

The Schedule to this Instrument amends the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code (Listed Chemical Product – Joint Health Products for Dogs and Horses) Standard 2014.

Omit the subsection, substitute:

 (b) stockfood non-active constituents:

(i)       of the kind specified in the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Ingredient Determination 2015; and

(ii)     which are used in the product for the purpose or purposes specified in that Determination;
